Think of it this way. From a strategic point of view, Trump knows that if he just core dumps it all, the MSM/DNC will have a chance to bury a lot of the important stuff. He also knows that he needs to get a solid majority of the American people on this and behind it.
Again, a core dump results in people being overwhelmed with info and ignoring a lot of it.
By dragging it out, he gets the people ‘used to the idea’ and wanting to see more. The MSMDNC then have to argue on a point by point basis.
They are already shooting their biggest ammo against DT and he is JUST GETTING STARTED. This is 3D chess.
As he releases the info and the libs keep spouting the same useless excuses, people will tune them out, then start to understand that they are also as much to blame as BO and the DNC.

Finally, once the American people are righteously POd, DT lays out the big stuff, the Dems/media have no retort or credibility left and the Supremes/Congress are forced to dethrone Lord Steve.
