(CNN) – Real estate mogul Donald Trump's latest claim about President Obama's birth certificate is that it's missing.
"Well I've been told very recently, Anderson, that the birth certificate is missing," Trump told CNN's Anderson Cooper Monday. "I've been told that it's not there or it doesn't exist. And if that's the case it's a big problem."

You lay out a compelling theory. I will tell you that Levin says there is no way the SCOTUS can remove a sitting president. They have absolutely no constitutional authority to do so. Impeachment, death or resignation are the only ways by which a president is removed/leaves. I think there is also a clause regarding mental issues.
So, we find out/confirm that he is a fraud...then what (rhetorical). Would that fall under criminal? Could he possibly be criminally prosecuted?
It’s going to be interesting to see if Trump can produce anything. I don’t trust the guy. I think he is a shyster.

He’s working with other people. He may be crass and a showman, but he’s not stupid. He would not be doing this if he didn’t know he had the winning hand.
True, SCOTUS has no direct authority, but they will have to make a ton of rulings on lawsuits the Dems bring up.
As for criminality, Fraud, identity theft, his ‘laws’ destroying industries, jobs and lives, each of which is actionable due to the fact that all his signed legislation is by definition, unconstitutional/fraudulent...the list goes on. This too needs SCOTUS participation.
Treason for him and anyone knowingly participating in the fraud at minimum. He lied his way into the highest office in the land so what else can it be? All those who ‘took him at his word’ would be facing the same losing battle as those at Nuremberg who were ‘just following orders.’
Oh yea. If Trump comes through (and I think he will) then empty out the cells at Leavenworth and build a few hundred more cuz a whole new batch is on the way.
I don’t think we have any idea what the motivations are; not in a world where there are billions of dollars. The level that Trump lives at includes other billionaires where they get off on manipulating. Where has Trump been for 2 years? Why now? Why has he waited this long to bring these issues out?
In anycase it’s going to be interesting for a few weeks.
The Ball is in Obama’s court—put up or shut up. If he can produce a BC—then maybe it is missing or was destroyed for some reason.

I was thinking. At some point the articles will be written with titles like:
"Is it possible that crimes may have been committed with the missing BC?"
"Did Dr. Chiyome Fukino cover for Obama?"
"Could Dr. Chiyome Fukino be charged and sent to prison for any fraud that may have been committed?"
Once we reach this stage of articles, I think people who know things will start to get nervous.

Speculation:
Obama is moving into areas that threaten a lot of Billionaires wealth. EPA/land use, Drilling regs, even social policy (DADT/Gay rights)...all these have a serious effect on the way ‘business’ is done. And how much it cuts into profits.
But also, BO has destabilized the world. The mideast is blowing up, The Bush lid on terrorism is being uncapped...
All these things aren’t ‘popular’ with the Mega-Yacht set.
Thier own power games on the world stage are being disrupted by some twit who BS’d his way to a seat at the table and kicked it over.
Some time ago there was an article here on FR about a former spook who had a word or two with his contacts in the intel world. If it can be believed, he said that the power elite were (then) going to take a ‘wait and see’ approach to Obama’s election but if he went too far, they would take him down.
Well, it sure looks like what is happening right now.

As for the GOP, they are already in up to their necks. As I said in another post, that’s why the media is waving the COLB forgery...trying to trap Pubbies into saying “I take him at his word.”

This issue died down because the candidate for governor of Hawaii promised that if he won he would find Obama’s BC.
Just before Trump came into the spotlight the issue came back after the Gov of Hawaii finally came out and said he looked for the BC and could not find it.
What you say makes sense and there is no arguing about the destruction that has been unleashed throughout the world. But that was intentional. The middle east has his fingerprints all over it and I get the feeling there are many others just as powerful that are for all this. Look at Soros...that evil b*stard has made no bones about his feelings or about his tactics. It has all been designed to bring US down.
I pray there are more good guys at that level than bad. I didn’t see the article you refer to...there has been quite a few articles posted but in mind were not credible. Nothing ever materialized.

Actually Bikini Atoll is still under US jurisdiction if I’m not mistaken. Throw them all on what’s left and resume the Nuke testing program...in a civil way of course ;)
All we can do is speculate which is fair since Obama’s hiding so much. All I have been reading the past month indicates that it’s quite possible Nancy Pelosi is part of this and perhaps Chiyome Fukino and probably many more people. But if I were a betting man and if a fraud had been committed I’d bet Chiyome Fukino and Nancy Pelosi could be two people in trouble when all is said and done.
When those articles come out asking the questions of crime, people involved will get nervous.

Said he talked with active French/Brit and CIA guys about it... Dunno if it was true, but in light of recent events, it may well have been.

Well Pelosi is definitely responsible for signing off on the 2 ‘certifications’ so she is dust if the poop smacks the fan without question. But all the big politicos (Reid/Dean/Union bosses/Lib group heads) are right there with her because she needed their total support to pull it off.
GOP leaders as well. Their silence/active participation in stopping the pursuit of the info then available allowed the Dems to get away with it so they are in the doo-doo, too.
