They are if your concerned about that little thing called EVIDENCE.
Here, the evidence is simple - it's pretty much an open and shut case. Either he has a BC or he doesn't. If he doesn't then he wasn't born here because everyone that was born here has one. It's beyond a preponderance of evidence issue.
If he has it, then he needs to produce it. If not why not.
My point is that even if he produces the legal birth certificate it doesn’t mean that he is a Natural Born Citizen. It is pretty clear to me that he has either traveled on a Indonesian or British Passport and that his father was not a US Citizen. How can he be a Natural Born Citizen if his father was not a citizen?
The failure of the Supreme Court to take up the issue is unexcusable. Either we are a nation of laws or we are not. To me it is clear the Constitution does not mean anything any longer.
