There is a Certificate of Live Birth and a Certification of Live Birth. A Certification is given to those that are vouched for. A Certificate is a smaller version of the long form birth certificate.

Finally I found the second Certificate (note the differences)

Certificate of Live Birth

Certification of Live Birth

Note on the Certificate the parents State/Country are listed as plain as can be. Also, note that you can see the seal on the front of the Certificate, but not on BO's Certification! It should be on the front certifying this piece of paper.

Thoughts?
