Doesn't matter unless the change was material. Listing as African
a racial classification that was originally listed as Negro
(if that's in fact what happened) is immaterial.
The certificate is just a database printout. Who knows how they store the parents' races in the database? Typical relational database practice would be to store some short code in each record, which would reference a tiny external table showing facts about the corresponding racial classification, such as what text to print on a CoLB.
