Most fast food restrooms only have 1 toilet and a lock on the door. Your precious little daughter waiting on the other side of the door is quite safe from any (possible) deviant.

Some of the McD’s I’ve been in have larger bathrooms with a couple stalls. They’re not all single occupant deals.
