The employee should be fired for advising perpetrators to
leave. The two doing the beating should go to jail.

I am ignoring the alleged claims and regarding this as a case of assault and battery, plain and simple. As for the employee advising the perps to leave, if I was an SOB prosecutor, I might well consider him to be an accessory.
