As seen above, in a Facebook posting, Hackett has contended that the woman seen getting beaten in the video was actually a male cross-dresser who got into a confrontation with female patrons when he refused to leave the women’s bathroom at the Baltimore eatery. Hackett claimed that the victim faked a seizure and, when cops arrived at the restaurant, “he got right up.”

There are a lot of details missing from the story, one of which I’d be interested in is what started the whole thing.
That in no way excuses or condones the girls for repeatedly coming back and kicking the guy in the head, however, at first he gets up and stands around for a bit before they come back. He didn’t appear to be seriously injured at that point.
I don’t understand why at that point (what appeared to be) the manager who was trying to protect the guy and chase the girls out, did not IMMEDIATELY take the guy back into his office or a place behind the counter of relative safety.
Or why the guy who got beat up didn’t get out of there in the other direction ASAP, but stood around for a bit.
Getting the guy who was getting beat up away from those girls should have been someone’s first priority once they turned their backs and started on their way out. They could have been prevented from coming back for more without any physical altercation between them and the employees.
And the whole McD’s crew got showed up by a little old lady for courage.

Ohh I agree 100%, but it ain't their call unfortunately (this is Maryland). I don't even mind the s/h/it getting thrown out of restroom, BUT I do think these trash ladies went way beyond that, they just kept attacking and thus are earmarked as animals in my book.
