As seen above, in a Facebook posting, Hackett has contended that the woman seen getting beaten in the video was actually a male cross-dresser who got into a confrontation with female patrons when he refused to leave the women’s bathroom at the Baltimore eatery. Hackett claimed that the victim faked a seizure and, when cops arrived at the restaurant, “he got right up.”

There's no knowing what transpired in the bathroom, but I would have a real problem with a cross dresser in the ladies room, ESPECIALLY one who wouldn't leave. That spells trouble.
It appears that the girls knew something was up. How do you know what appears to be a female in the ladies room is a cross dresser without evidence?
It was a little old lady who tried to protect the guy who got beat. The employees just stood back and watched.
That could explain the hair on the floor. Someone thought that the victim had her hair pulled out by the roots, but something like that could explain that.
Bull, this victim was brutalized, I’m getting a bit annoyed for those undermining the seriousness by methods of humiliating her...ie, saying it was a tranny, now fake hair...bull!

Either that manager is incompetent, is hiding something, or the police officer did not fill out a complete report.
The officer states that the mgr told him that the 2 were pulling hair and punching the victim. Nowhere does it say they were repeatedly kicking her in the head.
(I am guessing the officer filled out a complete report so the possibilities are is the guy trying to cover or is he incompetent?)

News reports the woman wasn’t a tranny, but really, are you going to check under her skirt first, or are you going to kick her in the head first? I think I know what you would do.

That's very interesting.
Several people have referred to the police report where it says the victim is a girl, but considering these days, gender is assigned by preference not DNA, the victim will be referred to as a girl, even though biologically a male. That's why I don't trust reports when it involves transgendered. There's too much confusion and it's not based on the fact (biological) but the preference.
