As seen above, in a Facebook posting, Hackett has contended that the woman seen getting beaten in the video was actually a male cross-dresser who got into a confrontation with female patrons when he refused to leave the women’s bathroom at the Baltimore eatery. Hackett claimed that the victim faked a seizure and, when cops arrived at the restaurant, “he got right up.”

If you are afraid of your daughter being accosted at McDonald’s bathrooms, then you should probably not take them there. But if you had your daughter in the bathroom, and a tranny walks in, goes, and then leaves, that gives you the right to beat the crap out of him/her? Even if they dont look at your daughter or go near her? Just because they are a deviant in other ways, they deserve to have the brain kicked out of them?
And that makes a vicious assault ok? With your attitude it is no wonder we live in such a vicious society.
The attack occurred April 18 in the 6300 block of Kenwood Ave., in Rosedale, county police said. Police said a 14-year-old girl had been charged as a juvenile, while charges were pending against an 18-year-old woman. Police said the incident “remains under investigation and the state’s attorney’s office is reviewing the case.”
Police said the victim was a 22-year-old woman and said an update on her condition was not immediately available.

IF this was a cross-dressing perv in the women’s head, It was not a “mistake” of the wrong door. Comparing it to the act of chivalry when a man stands by the mens room door for his wife/girlfriend in an emergency is an idiotic comparison some here have made.

They wanted to pass a law here in Kalamazoo Michigan, that would allow cross dressers to use the opposite sex’s bathroom.

I will give you this though, Gay rights groups constantly try to align themselves with the civil rights struggle of blacks. This puts the liberals in a spot doesn’t it?

He was an absolute hero here for finally not putting up with rude passengers. Then, he is reported as gay. After that, he was an attention seeking drama queen with personal problems who put people in risk.

Oh, now that makes sense. This is in the Friday afternoon news drop, so it will be old news by Monday and thus ignored. It's curious that no information of the victim's condition is available at this time, days later.
Police have identified the assault victim as a 22-year-old woman "who appeared to be having a seizure" when officers arrived at the McDonald's at around 8 PM.
Frankly, I couldn't care less if the victim was a man, woman, or whatever. She was and is a human being, unlike the animals who attacked her and the other animals who stood around and watched. (Some kudos to the one manwho did try to intervene. Yes, he could have done more, but at least he did something.)
Baltimore County Police say, the incident occurred on April 18th at 7:59 p.m. at the 6300 block of Kenwood Avenue.
Police were called and found the 22-year-old victim having a seizure after the beating.
Witnesses told police that the victim was assaulted by two females. The suspects, a 14-year-old female and an 18-year-old female have been charged. The 14-year-old, has been charged as a juvenile. The charges against the 18-year-old are pending.
The victim was transported to Franklin Square Hospital. Her condition is unknown.
McDonald's has released the following statement regarding the incident.
"We are shocked by the video from a Baltimore franchised restaurant showing an assault. This incident is unacceptable, disturbing and troubling. McDonald's strives to be a safe, welcoming environment for everyone who visits. Nothing is more important to us than the safety of customers and employees in our restaurants. We are working with the franchisee and the local authorities to investigate this matter."
