To: Texas Eagle

As an insurance policy, we need to win as many Senate setas as possible. Preferably with Tea Party candidates.

Agree wholeheartedly!  Since only 1/3 of the Senate is up for reelection every 2 years, the elections of 2010, 2012 AND 2014 are necessary to get enough conservatives in the Senate to complement the House and provide a CHECK on the Executive and Judicial branches.

Even that might not be enough, but without it there is no real hope, imo.

Correct.

And the breakdown of Senate seats up for grabs in 2012 is in our favor. I don't know the exact numbers but I think something like 10 Republican seats are up and 23 RAT seats.

I know at least a couple of Republicans are not running for re-election but there are more RATS that aren't which makes those seats even more vulnerable to, heh-heh, change.
