Currently, Chile or some other south American enclave. Though, I have to be honest, I truly believe if they are successful in taking this country down there probably won't be anywhere to go and prosper. I just think here it will be especially rough with our violent, ignorant underclass of entitlement receivers and the drug trade. Though, I guess we have to weigh that with our ability to arm ourselves here (if that remains).
The most I think we are looking for is a nice climate and somewhere with tradition of a fairly weak government. So that, even if it swings left the people are used to ignoring the government and working around it. Many South American countries kinda fit that bill...as do some places in Southern Europe actually too.
