I couldn’t hear much all that clearly, no less make out who said what. If he had, is that a crime?
My point is that not all deplorable conduct is criminal, and I don’t like the idea of cops and prosecutors finding charges because they just don’t like a citizen’s behavior.
Anyone know for sure where this took place?
