I doubt they would've been fired from forming a protective barrier to prevent these 'young ladies' from continuing their assault.

Notice the concern of the manager for the floor, as in 'man, she's having a siezure on MY floor'. With all that going on McDonalds should be pleased to note he was still concerned with the condition of the restaurant. /s

The employees should be arrested for not attempting to stop the beating. The cameramen and man in the blue shirt at the door should be charged as accomplices. The two women? All sorts of serious counts: at least 30 hard years.
