Does anyone think this “nonlethal aid” will not be used for lethal purposes?
This just frees up $25 million of Al QuaedaLibya's money to buy weapons with.

Money is fungible. The small part that is not stolen will absolutely be used for lethal weaponry. Hillary is her usual disingenuous untruthful self when she says the aid will be used for “food and boots”.
