I disagree. There is no way US Federal courts are going to tell the US congress who they must make a citizen. It's is not the same as these state courts ordering states to hand out marriage licenses. Citizenship criteria is clearly up to federal laws. Heck, states can still keep convicted felons from voting forever without the Federal courts interference.

I thought of that. You are not going to see a mass of illegal-amnesty voters that are Donald Trumps/Romney's/Kerry's. I am thinking of the potential hispanic small business owner. I think illegal Hispanics that were demonized as ‘not paying their fair share’ of taxes by Democrats would become conservatives pretty fast, they already disapprove of same -sex marriage and to some extent abortion.
It's just a dream anyway, Republicans wont come up with anything.
