The biggest predicate offenders are Western Union and JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, and HSBC, banks which have sweetheart deals with Calderon and the Mexican government, all of whom shamelessly and blatantly cater to the need within the “illegal alien market” for banking and money transfer services.

AG's with stones should get involved---but keep in mind RICO was designed for private citizens to get justice and access to the courts when officials are derelict in their duties.

American officials should mandate proof for all cash transfers out of the US and/or force all transferring agencies -- banks, credit unions, Amex, Western Union to collect a substantial withholding tax -- say 50% -- on every unexplained foreign remittance. WU and the rest should be nailed for wire-transfer fraud.

Calderon came to the US looking for a-n-o-t-h-e-r handout----$1.5 billion. If that was not enough, The US Congress passed legislation in late June 2008 to provide Mexico with $400 million and Central American countries with $65 million that year for the Mérida Initiative---to fight drug wars. The initiative was announced 22 Oct 2007 and signed into law June 30, 2008.

THE FACTS ARE THESE : Mexico is calculatedly staging the "war on drugs" -- with a hidden agenda--to wage war against the United States USING OUR TAX DOLLARS. Using deceit and guile, Mexico has infiltrated the US political system, from domestic to foreign policy, as well as L/E. The Mexican govt is sending millions of Reconquista shock troops from Third Worlds over the border (illegal aliens) coaching them about taking over the US system.

Mexico is the staging area for Central and South American Third World illegals to stream over the border into the US.

Clearly, the Mexican govt is fomenting drug violence in order to: (1) get billions of dollars in US assistance, and, (2) to help their populations flee over the border claiming they are victims of violence and need "asylum." Asylum claims gets illegals thousands of dollars in SS funds.

Mexican Federales are getting rich using some familiar strategies:

(1) plotting to become a ward of the US;

(2) faking victimization;

(3) secretly revving up internal conflicts;

(4) play-acting the ignoramus;

(5) claiming they can't "control" their enemies without US money;

(6) organizing voting blocs----exchanging votes for US cash.

ACTION NOW---Stop all funding for this con game. Tell your reps to stop funding the Merida Initiative scam now.

Mexico has no SS, welfare or other assistance. Senior citizens sell sticks of gum on street corners to survive. America needs to seal our borders and let Mexico know that we will cut off every penny in aid Mexico gets from the US.
