So why is he so popular? What can the other potential Rep candidates learn from him? I notice that Bachmann is now taking up the BC issue. The Donald is communicating with the people. He has tapped into what concerns and motivates them. Instead of castigating Trump, we should be demanding that the other candidates start acting like Trump when it comes to attacking Obama’s personal narrative.

The embarrassment is that we have a bunch of tired old politicians as candidates who aren’t connecting with the voters. They are afraid to talk about Obama’s phony and contrived past and his curious associations with terrorists, racists, and mobsters. McCain ruled out going after Obama on these issues in 2008. The current crop of potential GOP candidates, except for Trump, seem to be following the same line, i.e., they will talk about policy but shy away from any personal attacks on Obama where he is most vulnerable.

People will always go for style over substance, they like Donald’s style, even if they may not see eye-to-eye politically on everything.
