The Chicago Trib article you refer to is incorrect as to Grove City, which dramatically alters the conclusion. Grove City was founded in SF in 1998, not “spun off weeks before” the 2004 Chicago groundbreaking, blah blah blah in the story. There is NO record of any Soros connection to Grove City, its founders or partners.

It is not an impossibility that at some time the companies and their principles were simultaneously engaged in some deal or other. It’s like that in the world of big money. But that is not the connection that is sought to be made here.

In 2004, the Chicago Tribune gave the article about Grove Capital, not Grove City, at that time i.e.2004. The article noted before giving the corporate lines explicitly about Soros investing in Trumps skyscraper. I believe the Tribune article needs to be factually disputed before throwing it out. Apparently there was a lot of corporate manipulation going on between 1998 and 2004 if your Grove City is the predecessor to Grove Capital LLP, not unusual in the world of finance.Your response tweaks my interest even more. Recall it was Bush1 that opened the door with his comment about a’new world order’ coming. Bush1 was a Republican. Then the USA went to Clinton who was connected to the international scene through the Rockefellers. Clinton was a Democrat. Then the USA was was taken further into international politics by Bush2. Bush 2 was a Republican. Then the USDA was taken further into change with Obama. Obama is a Democrat with eligibility questions. This making the USA a political party ping-pong ball for change to a new world order is very, very strange. I’ll not disparage anyone who wants to believe Trump might be the next ball bounce.
