Having fought against the Clintons as much as anyone, I am still puzzled by the failure of those who bill themselves as conservative to attack the obvious constitutional fraudulence of the One while the Donald will. How many copies of the Constitution has Heritage handed out while ignoring the One’s destruction of the constitutional rule of law by his eligibilitiy fraud?
I will tell you why. When your have lost your job, and your house is being foreclosed, and your kids can’t find summer jobs, and gas prices have doubled in 2 years, and food prices escalating every month, people are looking for a “leader”, not ideological purity. Just my honest opinion. No one knows if Trump can solve all problems, but people are hungry for a leader. Trump could never run unless real unemployment is 20% and house values have dropped 30% and gas+food prices are scaring the heck out of people.
