The majority of airtime “given” to Mrs. Palin seems to me to have been an effort to insure she would never be nominated. That has been blatantly obvious.

At this point the exact opposite seems to be the case for Trump.

Money is always the primary consideration, but only slightly more than ideology, on average.

Interesting. So, when they cover Palin, they're "hurting" her, and when they cover Trump, they're "helping" him.

Fascinating. I would love for you to explain this "blatantly obvious" dynamic to the less informed.
