ASA Vet, I see you posting similar things to this often, so I assume you’re the go-to-guy when it comes to people being natural born citizens.
I’ve been wanting to ask you, then, what are the statuses of Jindal and Rubio?
Haven’t looked into either one of them.
According to Jindal, his mother was already four months pregnant with him when they arrived from India.
To Naturalize as a US Citizen takes a mimimum of five years except for a spouse of a US Citizen which takes three.
No way could his parents have been US Citizens at the time of his birth, so NO he is Not a Natural Born Citizen even though he was born June 10, 1971 in Baton Rouge, LA.
Regarding Marco Rubio: A quick check shows he was born in Miami, FL to Cuban parents. I haven’t found anything about them naturalizing prior to his birth. I’ll dig into this a little more tomorrow.
Jindal was born of indian parents on a student visa, his father never became a united states citizen. He is a bogus anchor baby at best.
