Here on earth it was in the news daily for over 2 years before they sent him the first bill to sign.

The fathers history was well known long before the election.
Long before the primaries.
Long before San Fran Nan certified him as eligible.

For any member of congress to try and make a claim they didn't know his father was not an American citizen is beyond ridiculous.
