You got it! And we are going to find out that the “cut” of $390 turns out to be something like deferring car maintenance until 2012.
It's actually worse than that even.
To be accurate, the analogy would have the head of household crowing about his $390 "cut", which in reality was only a cut in a fictitious planned increase and they've really decided to spend even more than they did last year.
The reality of this situation is that the 2011 fiscal budget is NOT ONE DOLLAR SHORT OF 2010, but in fact is approximately $261 Billion dollars MORE!
