Obamacare will never be defunded. Obama can impose his will on Boehner, but not vice versa. They won’t go to the mat to defund Obamacare, ever.

That sounds better than it might have been. A chance to defund Planned Parenthood, ending DC government paid abortions. $40 Billion more in cuts than the Democrats wanted.
