Doesn't that language seems vague as proof???
More of the quote that makes it even less vague:

You add this statement along with all the other Kenyan Parliament statements on that day of November 5, 2008, and combined them with Kenya's Minister of Lands James Orengo's statement on March 25th, 2010, crystallizes that Kenya believes Barack Obama was born in their country.
