They didn’t misplace any votes. The votes were counted. They simply didn’t include them in the first, UNOFFICIAL report. It’s not even like they found ballots later and counted them — the city counted their votes, reported them, but the county official collecting the results managed to send a document without pasting in the city results.

Kloppenburg, in the past two days, has proven why she had no business being a candidate for judgeship, and also proves that democrats can’t be trusted to vote for important things like judges.

First, she claimed victory in a race where only unofficial, unconfirmed, and unknown votes had been presented, even though that unofficial count only her her up by 200 votes.

Then, she tries to stir distrust of an updated result that everybody can see was a simple clerical error, because she would rather set up opportunities to steal the election then try to calm the unwarranted outrage of her supporters.

Al Gore did the same thing, throwing into doubt our whole election system for no good reason.

Heheh. It sure is nice having the shoe on the other foot for a change.

Yep, and as I said earlier, I almost hope it was intentional, a head fake for the Dims last minute efforts.

“Just as Assistant Attorney General Kloppenburg has....”

Even though she has already declared victory,(snicker) at least they are not referring to her as “Supreme Court Justice Kloppenburg” yet.

Can’t have a recount...it’s out of that margin of 1%...no recounts...

They weren’t missing. I think she purposely withheld the count from the MSM knowing full well it would throw them into a tizzy when the real count happened.

LBJ always said, count Republican votes first in order to find out how many Demwit votes would be needed to win. Thanks smoothsailing.

I like that reasoned response. Why let the AP report a damn thing. Their credibility is shot.

we will be filing open records requests for all relevant documentation related to the reporting of election results in Waukesha County...

Prosser should take a lesson from Bush v. Gore and say that Kloppenburg is cherry-picking the counties she's looking at.

Prosser should say that ALL the counties should be investigated over how the results were reported, not just the ones that were favorable to him.

What’s more important is watching the behavior of thugs and rats who don’t know yet that they didn’t win as they start moving and shaking stuff in anticipation.

Well, they are in a balled-up bunch of fit alright and I blame the AP. They should have every precinct number and not report a damn thin until they are all in. The vote count BS pisses me off to no end.

At the news conference with Nickolaus, Ramona Kitzinger, the Democrat on the Waukesha County Board of Canvassers, said: "We went over everything and made sure all the numbers jibed up and they did. Those numbers jibed up and we're satisfied they're correct."

As a Democrat, she said, "I'm not going to stand here and tell you something that's not true."

Excellent photoshop

I live in Wisconsin and here is what happened:

When the votes are tallied at the city level, they take the numbers from all of the precincts and enter it into a customized Excel spreadsheet template which was provided by the state election officials. That spreadsheet then gets sent to the county clerk who loads it into an Access database. The data was imported successfully but not actually saved into the database. When the county wide results were reported on Tuesday, only the county totals were given, but these were missing the votes from the City of Brookfield.

On Wednesday as part of the normal canvassing process the county clerk attempted to upload the initial totals into the state election boards system and she noticed that the vote totals from Brookfield were zeros. She immediately began an investigation to find out why.

It was discovered that the Brookfield totals did not get successfully saved into the database and were subsequently not included in the numbers provide on election night. There was a bi-partison board that reviewed the convassing and all parties involved in it are in agreement that it was a simple human error that was discovered through the normal canvas process.

Remember, the numbers reported prior to today were unofficial (the counties have until April 15th to get thier votes turned into the state). After all votes are certified by all counties the candidates have 3 days to ask for a recount. Since the margin is less that .5% the challenger does not have to pay for any recount.

All in all, excellent news for the good guys. I was a bit concerned when I first heard of the trouble but after hearing the explanation I'm comfortable that it was simple human error. No "found" votes or anything like that.

It looks like Kloppy the horse-faced girl is going to have to continue on with her job of modeling red scarves for knuckledragging union thugs. Well, at least it’s a job.

I think Prosser is about to be on Greta. Mrs. GBC has Fox on in the next room. I'm in the semi-study watching The Mentalist and Freeping all on our Sony All in One.

She isn’t overcoming 7,000 votes. How that entire township was eliminated from count is beyond me.

Misplacing 14,000 votes is inexcusable.

Not if they were deliberately held back until after the rats played their fraud card.
Checkmate.
