All that friggin' angst Tuesday night, up refreshing the screen, neck and neck, going to be not knowing, and then to learn that there were 7,000 extra votes all the time that would have made the night nothing but a joyous celebration.

That election official needs to find other work.

What would have happened is that the rats would have known about those votes and manufactured enough to exceed it.
