A large contingent of Marines shipped out to the Med from Camp Lejeune two weeks ago. By now I'm sure their ships are somewhere off the coast of North Africa in close proximity to Libya. The Marines are in position to carry out amphibious operations ... will they go in is the question.

IMO, Marines are so close to Libya they could swim ashore.
Would not want to be in Vicenza, Italy as a member of the 173rd Airborne Brigade either...
