Proving he is not eligible to be POTUS would be a 100% effective way of insuring that, in a sane world anyway.

Seriously, anybody who thinks there is another way he vacates outside defeat in an election or death is living in a fantasy land.
He can’t be indicted for anything because he has sovereign immunity and congress will never impeach him.
Lastly, you get rid of Obama and nothing changes. Biden is not any better and all the liberals in the executive branch stay to do their evil.

Very, very, very weak excuse. If Obama is the fake that he appears to be and it is proven it will be a knockout blow to Obama and the Dems in 2012. Why this is not obvious to the various GOP high mucky mucks and people like Rush is beyond me. Today’s caller had it right. It’s time for Rush to get with the program.

There was during the election, when it should have been shouted to the highest heavens that Obama had no checkable record of any kind in this country. From transcripts to law review articles to passport docs, nothing.

There's (at least) two points on this:
1. Barry "told" us that he was born a subject to the crown of her majesty the Queen of England. He never was a "natural born Citizen" and therefore never was qualified to be the Commander in Chief.
and
2.This issue STILL matters because IF Barry is allowed to successfully usurp the presidency in full view of millions of people who know there is an issue at hand...including those sitting in Congress and in the Military, his usurpation will be pointed to as precedent setting...allowing other non "natural born Citizens" a pathway to the office. The precedent would be that it's OK if someone who isn't constitutionally qualified gets elected and assumes the presidency.
No...this is STILL an issue to this day that must be addressed. His precedent must not be allowed to stand. It's about national sovereignty and security and repelling the forces of globalization (i.e the "natural born Citizen" clause is outdated).
So just ignore the Constitution and the rule of law. Pretend it's not so. That will make it all right.
The fact remains that an unqualified imposter has managed to get his hands on the reins of power, just because no one wanted to ask uncomfortable questions. And even now, when a few brave souls are forcing the issue, the wussy pundits and politicians still won't pull their heads out of the sand.
Just look at the damage Obama has done already--and that's just the 10% we KNOW about. Given the cowardly nature of congressmen, once they get to Washington, most of those destructive policies will never be undone. But there is a way to make them all disappear: Remove Obama from office, declare all of his actions null and void, and begin the work of restoring the Republic.
