Humblegunner: I agree with you. The caller was still not clear on the “citizenship” versus “natural born citizenship” issue - most folks can’t tell the subtle difference. NBC is the issue, if there is one, and hint that there is something personally embarrassing on the long-form, which is the higher likelihood IMHO.

Every “anti-birther” in the realms of politics and/or the “media” that I’ve read or heard omits acknowledging the second “leg” of the definition of “native born citizen,” to wit: (1) birth on U. S. territory, and (2) having two parents, both U. S. citizens.
