Aurthur's Dad is the one who wasn't a US citizen when Chester was born, and that meant that Chester could not meet the "Natural Born Citizen", so Chester took steps to hide the facts of his Dad's citizenship status at the time Chester was born.

I agree. Rush and Trump are friends though, maybe Trump has the goods that show Obama was not born in the US and that's why that aspect is not being brought up?
