“My wife can’t stand Beck”
I can’t either anymore. I was a fan but now, his message is tiresome. It’s overload and hard to process all that he gives us. And if he suggests stocking food in the basement for the coming revolution one more time....!!!
His staff is excellent at preparing for his shows. And yes, the info is valuble and informative. But he is not reaching enough people who are intelligent enough to understand.
And I believe that he has become an opportunist and that money is his prime motive for what he does.
He wanted 75K and a private jet to be an invited speaker at a conference that I helped plan. Gimme a break!
Our local radio channel has cancelled his radio show for lack of listeners.
Beck needs to regroup and define his goals..do an ego check and a personal inventory while he’s at it.
But please don’t let his FNC replacement be Dana Perino, who can’t read a line from a teleprompter without a verbal stumble.
Mary,
You said it all.
I like Dana Perino, but only as someone who sits in when regulars are off.
Well, you know, fame is a funny thing. People react to it differently, but oftentimes some celebs think of themselves as bulletproof and invisible. That’s when the trouble starts. Then they fall from grace and wonder how it all happened.
Reminds me of “All The King’s Men” by Steinbeck. A superb book and cautionary tale on how fame and power can corrupt a person’s soul.
Pity.

I suggest those who are 'tired' of Beck's warnings and such spend a little time reading Ezekiel 33...
