You are probably right... 112 precincts in Milwaukee have reported.

Walker lost Milwaukee 61%-37%. There was about 330,000 votes. Keep in mind that was a Midterm election, so the turnout was much higher.

As of right now, Prosser is losing 63%-37%, so he is running ever so slightly behind Walker... which he can afford to do, provided that turnout isn’t massive in Dane and Milwaukee.

I think milwaukee county turnout was 48% in Nov so 2/3’s of that would be 32% which seems pretty high and not a good sign for Prosser. Was hoping mIlw Cty turnout would be closer to 25-30%...we shall see
