HA - Prosser at 64% in Milwaukee with 3% in...That's three precincts, not three percent. Hard to say where those three precincts are, though it certainly looks nice.

Milw. has 51 in with 11,996 against Prosser
Waukesha has 7 in with 8,836 for Prosser
