Where are these votes coming from?

Jefferson 40/41 Pros-12,860 58% Klop-9,365 42%
If thos % hold, the final precinct needs ~1800 voters for Prosser to take the lead.

Just running raw numbers and assuming voter bias in Jefferson Co., Prosser stands to gain 332, which would just overcome Kloppencommie.
