From what I heard on Fox (Granted I didn't hear the entire interview) There is no recount, but candidates can contest irregularities. Hope I heard that wrong. Seems some number crunching Freepers last night were seeing some shady results vs turnout in Nov.

Less than 0.5% = free recount. There will be a recount alright and the first place Prosser should start is Dane County.
