Something seems to be odd with the numbers from Washington and Waukesha. The current precincts reporting would suggest 80% of the TOTAL POPULATION of Waukesha and 73% of the Total population of Washington. There might not be that many votes in those two counties outstanding.
Yeah. They are screwed up.
This was a bad day for us.
I won't continue to post because I know I am being a downer, but at the end of the evening, the news we get is almost definitely going to be bad.
Can't get down though. On to the next battle!

It looks like which ever candidate ends up on top its going to be so close that either side is going to contest and demand a recount. Which begs an interesting question. If a recount dispute goes all the way to the state Supreme Court, could Prosser potentially be the deciding vote to hand himself the election or would he have to recuse himself? Then what would happen if the court was split evenly with him abstaining?

milwaukee county only going for kloppenberg 56-44, that and lower turnout there than waukesha county could be enough to make the difference. Looking for more numbers from washington waukesha and ozaukee county, but cautiously optomistic...dane county mostly reported now

Waukesha has largely reported according to the vote totals. The precincts reporting % is not accurate. So the situation is worse than it appears.

Klopp just doesn’t seem to be getting much bang for the buck out of what’s being reported from libland counties, in my opinion. Maybe just my wishful thinking, but tell me if I’m wrong.

Looks like that waste of oxygen Pedro Colon will continue his cushy tax-payer funded existence for life. Thanks Diamond Jim.

If Prosser loses the Governor should file for bankruptcy. These people are nuts to think 8% of the population should benefit from 100% of the tax base. So much for the North being smart.

All of the little counties for Klingonburger are in. There’s just Milwaukee and Dane for Klipklop, and Dane is reporting ahead, Milwaukee a little behind - the rats are making up ballots as we speak.
Prosser counties reporting behind:
Calumet
Dodge
Kewaunee
Manitowoc
Ozaukee
Racine
Waukesha
Washington

Then what would happen if the court was split evenly with him abstaining? President Obama would decide the outcome... for the people.

Does anyone think this thread will set a new FR post record? Nope, not even close. Some of the Iraq War Situation Room threads went over 4,500 posts, and I believe a few of the 2000 and 2004 election threads were as large. I seem to recall a long-running thread that flipped the odometer over at 99,999, but I might have dreamt that. :)
