Latino’s theory in life, never turn down something given for free.

It almost seems to be a game with Latino’s, they seem to get in competitive discussions with family and friends on how much free stuff and how much money they saved.

When I was growing up, we didn’t have a high opinion of people that did this, but in their culture there is a tendency to look down on those that don’t partake.

Ahem. As a Latina, who first posted this article, I take exception to your characterization of an entire group of people. Latinos aren't the only people who get into competitive discussions regarding how much free stuff they get, etc. I seriously doubt you have a clue what they are talking about because I am confident you are monolingual. And you obviously know nothing about what you think is "Latino" culture. Some people are like that; some aren't. Some nationalities are more like that, ie Dominicans, Mexicans, et al, and some aren't, ie Cubans; some are in the middle. There is also a class issue at play here. Wer are talking about badly educated peasants. And we haven't even scratched the surface of African and Middle Eastern immigrants who are feeding at the trough we so generously provide.

Immigrants, illegal immigrants, are parasites that will take WHATEVER OUR GOVERNMENT IS WILLING TO TAKE AWAY FROM US AND GIVE TO THEM. The problem isn't that they'll accept the welfare and other benefits -- the problem is that our government is providing them with the handouts. (You can't reasonably expect peasants to turn down free stuff) The problem is that our government is allowing them to remain on American soil in violation of our laws. The problem is that our government isn't enforcing our employment laws. The problem is the government that we elect.
