With that protedtive shield in place - she is not up to snuff as a speaker. Someone needs to tell Sarah Palin to slow down, sometimes less is more.
She will not calm the fears of undecideds unless she comes across steady and calm at times, which is why Reagan beat Carter.
Reagan beat Carter because he had solutions and pride in America, while Carter was a total nincompoop and the country was a mess.
