If I recall directly, the previous Governor of Hawaii said when the birth issue first arose that she had personally examined the long form certificate and it was in every respect the same as the “Certificate of Live Birth” Obama had released. I’m not sure I ever believed her, but that is surely incompatible with the new story that no long term certificate exists.

Hawaii states that they have a “record”of obama’s birth. they have never said that they have a hospital generated birth certificate that is required for a CERTIFIED certificate of birth.
Lingle and her Health Director never said outright that they saw a LFBC.
The two of them used weasely talk that would have put Bubba to shame.
Their comments are less than useless.
