The law in Hawaii allows anyone to go report a birth.
§338-6 Local agent to prepare birth certificate. (a) If neither parent of the newborn child whose birth is unattended as provided in section 338-5 is able to prepare a birth certificate, the local agent of the department of health shall secure the necessary information from any person having knowledge of the birth and prepare and file the certificate.

This means that the birth could have occurred outside the state and been phoned in to Granny. Granny, being a reputable person, walks into the Health Department office and reports the birth as being unattended in Hawaii, but that her daughter was unable to file the birth on her own. (After all, SAD may have been in transit from wherever she was at and she ended up in Seattle, not Honolulu). The registrar files the birth ... perhaps requires supplementary information to be filed later, but has enough to release the birth on a list with other births so that it is published in the paper. Obama gets a Hawaii COLB, but doesn't want to show the original because it does not list a hospital as the place of birth and he does not want to explain the discrepancy. The solution: Get a handy-dandy 2007 birth abstract and refuse to corroborate it with an original, doctor-signed birth certificate that doesn't exist anyway.

Great point. Trump corroborated his hospital birth certificate with a long-form certificate. Obama has NEVER corroborated his 2007 abstract with either a hospital certificate or a long-form, doctored-signed original. BTW, we already know Obama's father was born in Kenya, but unlike Trump's mom, did not naturalize in the United States.

That still leaves me wondering why Chris Matthews again decides it needs attention.
Even if it were clearly proven that Obama were ineligible, we’re still looking at at least a year of fighting over whether he can or should be removed. Plus his removal is unlikely with the make up of the senate. Basically the only thing that will remove him is an election.
While all that fighting goes on, the world still aligns against Israel and America. The marxists continue to march in the streets here and the agenda goes on regardless of Obama’s eligibility. In the end, the problem will still exist because there is no standard of proof. Gotta do it in the individual states and concentrate on far greater threats than the puppet in chief.

I find this scenario very plausible. In fact, I strongly suspect that Barack Hussein Obama is still legally "Barry Soetero," and that he became Barry Soetero when his mother remarried. That's why there's no college transcripts or anything else - because they have the name Barry Soetero attached to them.
Then, Barry moves to Chicago and sees the lay of the land. He needs to reinvent himself as a black man (and isn't that what "Dreams of My Father is all about?)and suddenly the name Barack Hussein Obama becomes rather more attractive. The problem is, I don't think Barry ever legally changed his name back to Barack Hussein Obama. Thus, he has this rather unfortunate problem that his entire adult political life is a lie.
If that was your secret, wouldn't you do everything you could to hide it and keep it secret?
