Indiana Tea Party Targets Lugar Long overdue!!! I've long considered him one of the biggest RINOs in the Senate, and aging too. Where is he on the budget debate, BTW?

Lugar is still in line with Richard Milhouse Nixon. Neither one of them were ever RINOs. They were not Democrats pulled in to run as Republicans.
Lugar is just a guy out of scedule with the times ~ and he does sound quite senile.
He probably ought to consult with his favorite "death panel" physician on the matter and see if it's time to retire.
