Bottom Line: I can come up with my COLB and all my school records all the way through college, and my social security number, and my selective service number, and my passport WITHIN A HALF HOUR.

Why any American would spend almost $2 million to keep people from seeing such data is beyond me. I had to come up with a couple of these records in order to get the last 3 or 4 jobs I’ve had.

SO WHAT’S THE BIG DEAL, OBAMBI??????? WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU HIDING IN THIS, THE MOST “OPEN” ADMINISTRATION IN THE HISTORY OF THE FRIGGIN’ WORLD????????

what debate? the issue is whether or not obama’s Parents were both U.S. citizens at the time of his birth. Debating other issues will not make obama a Natural born citizen.

William Lolli appears to be sane and well informed. He makes a series of good points, none of which are addressed by his Obamabot opponent, Dick Ellis. Ellis prefers to spew vile fantasies about birthers.

Same old routine.

Fact: It will remain illegitimate until PROVEN otherwise. Any US Supreme Court Judge that does not honor the US Constitution and all of its requirements (including the will of the people ‘Just cause’) should be stripped of their role immediately.

This is not a matter of he is or isn’t, but the law of the land being ignored. Shame on the USC

Obama was indeed born in the U.S. Why doesn’t he release his birth certificate? What is he trying to hide? It could be a simple matter of an “F” instead of an “M.”

Also, could be the original was amended when he became an Indonesian citizen with the name Soetoro. There is no person legally named Barack Hussein Obama Jr., U.S. citizen with a birth certificate stating so.

“He and his administration think Americans are idiots.”

Well, I would hate to agree with anything out of this illegal administration, but 40+ percent of the population ARE IDIOTS.

Obama was indeed born in the U.S.

Even if Barry had been birthed in the Lincoln Bedroom of the White House he is NOT a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.

Good God! Get a load of the replies from filthy mouth lib, Dick Ellis:

(Dick Ellis, resident contributers for SanDiego.com.)

http://www.sandiego.com/news/opinion-feature-the-obama-birth-certificate-debate

“DE: The conspiracy is popular, of course, among the far right wing, which is pretty much the only right wing left in this country. The birther conspiracy theory rests on unbridled hatred of anything different than the person holding the theory up as truth. It’s all part of the greater right wing plan for America. The first thing a birther does if you call them on their racist shit is cry and whine and deny it, and then they cry and whine and complain that they’re being represented in the media as something they’re not. If a right winger can’t blubber on and on about how they’re being victimized, then they’ve got no defense. It’s their only card. That mean old left wing media is misrepresenting us and taking our words out of context. Pity us up here on our big f**king cross.

“DE: It will all end in ignorance and tears. The new right wing of this country is one intent to ignore all evidence. They’ve even made proud assertions to the fact that they do not live in a reality-based community, and that’s evident. From the baseless and evidence-free birther and death panel conspiracies

Furthermore, and of the utmost importance, this is America motherf**kers, Obama is innocent until proven guilty. The burden of proof is upon the prosecuting parties, so bring on your piles of evidence. Let’s just manage to get through exhibit A without stumbling down a road of bullshit so dense it forms the birther equivalency of a neutron star. As George W. said, “Bring it on!” But you’ve got nothing to bring. It’s a conspiracy a-go-go.
Conspiracy theories are dangerous. Passion is an exaggeration, and conspiracy theories are the result of misguided passions, leading to ridiculous, but sometimes even dangerous exaggerations that can lead an otherwise rational nation into the depths of genocidal atrocity. How birtherism might result in the same horrors as those brought about by belief in the veracity of The Protocols of the Elders of Zion is something that from this vantage point in time cannot be seen, but the lesson is easy to see. We must be vigilant against these passionate exaggerations. And stamp them out before they become our national nightmare, our national disgrace and our democracy’s greatest shame. It is at our peril that we take this viral meme of anti-democratic race-hate as anything but what it so obviously is.”

Anyone want to email Mr. Ellis? What a filthy lib scumbag.

The birth certificate matters if the Constitution and the future of America as a free, capitalist nation matters.

Both parties were willing to violate the Constitution in order to get their man eligible. Claire McCaskill (D-MO) on the Senate Judiciary Committee risked her career and reputation by attempting to circumvent the Constitution with S 2678 (failed) and SR 511 (passed almost unanimously by Congress).

It stated that McCain was found to be eligible and that “..previously presidential candidates were born outside of the United States of America and were understood to be eligible to be President..” (a lie, but in their perverse minds, it let Obama be eligible). Repubs thought McCain could beat Hillary.

McCaskill, Obama, Hillary, Leahy, Coburn, etc. all on the committee knew Obama could not produce a birth certificate. Hillary had enough delegates, so Obama was not a threat, and as a fellow commie, she protected him. She and McCain got snookered when Dean forced Hillary’s delegates to switch to Obama.

They all betrayed the nation. They avoid the issue because they would have to admit their complicity, esp. if impeachment hearings begin. They are traitors.

The appropriately named “Dick” Ellis for the defense. Not one word of rational argument. A string of verbal invective and pejorative appellations.

Dang, there I’ve used a pejorative appellation.

Too funny. One uses clarity and the other one says nothing of substance whatsoever.

The one thing I've found that slows down the anti-birthers, for lack of a better term, is to ask them if they don't feel the Constitutional requirement for citizenship to be President then what other Constitutional provisions do they feel are not important. How about the right not to incriminate one’s self? Does that pass their test? Or the freedom of assembly, should that one be dismissed as well.

It frequently doesn't stop them, but is sure slows them down. Be forewarned though, they will tell you there is no requirement that a person PROVE they meet the citizenship requirement so Obama doesn't HAVE to prove it. Good point, but what if it's obvious a person who is, say, 18-years-old wanted to run for the office. The Constitution does not require proof of age, but makes it a qualifying point. Does that mean we have to take the word of the kid that he or she meets the requirement? In short, where do you draw the line. Either the Constitution is the supreme law of our land or it isn't. If it is then every aspect of it has to be respected, if not then what?
