That linked intel report is very sloppy. I would not endorse it. It has been posted elsewhere on FR recently.

Mestamachine advised me. I had not seen it but sloppy or otherwise it raises questions, even speculative, which require answers which we have been avoiding for no apparent good reason other than we were being blocked by Obama and his attorneys and naive enablers.
It may all be all smoke and no fire but..... it may not.
