If Russia does indeed recognize the enemy for what it is, why do they continue to play with the monsters they created? When will they stop using islamists as political tools and stop aiding and abetting them?

A. Money. Russia needs hard cash like anyone else.
B. Sabotage. You haven't seen Russia supplying much that actually works, have you? Except for a handful of Kornets during the Iraq conflict, and those were from private suppliers I think.
As for continuing to play with monsters, we should remember that the west created its share of those monsters. Carter comes to mind, and Brzezinski. Plenty of blame to go around if we just step back a bit.
Then you might of course want to bring up the various suspicions of KGB nefariousness, like the Litvinenko poisoning. The Brits have always blamed that one on Putin, but a close exam shows that not to ne the case. Litvinenko was smuggling dirty stuff for his Chechen friends, and he got bit. We know his sources, and we know what ultimately happened to the smugglers, neither of which ever hit the news.

Sidebar: Donald Trump could be the other side of the coin to Obama. People are likely to follow him on emotion just as they did with Obozo and put him in the White House.
He may not be perfect but compared to what we have he would be a blessed relief. On a purely strategic or tactical basis I could vote for Trump. Running a country is very much like running a corporation and requires the same thought processese. I have had this discussion with a couple of heads of state and prime ministers.

He will possibly piss off China and initially cause some fiscal disruptions, cause some “race” riots but in the end, as someone on our side and able to negotiate the situation in a strong business fashion, he is about the only hope we have to save America.
While this sounds delusional, among the likely candidates and prospects, he is the only one who can think and act outside the box. They are all too imbued with conventional thinking. I may be wrong just as the rabid left was partly wrong about Obama but I prefer to be wrong about someone who could unleash the right just as Obama has unleashed the left.
At least it would be Pro-America not anti-America like Obambi. Lots of room for discussion on this one.

This is very rapidly taking off and making the TM thread into a thread of religious nuttery and flogging of pet frauds.
We don’t really *need* some blithering scam selling “prophecy sets”, or Delphi polls haussed up as oracles, or Steve Quayle still going strong after the turn of the century.

Now, take a look on the thread. This sh*t starts, and as far as I see it starts the moment FARS starts pinging his list. And within a page or so, the thread dies. No wonder, if it shifts from fact-based research into scams and psychotic paranoia.

This sort of thing is happening more than law enforcement and government officials are willing to accept or admit.
There were countless islamic references in gerald loughner’s online postings and written notes as well, but they were dismissed as the jabberings of a madman.
islam reaches out to these mentally unstable people. They befriend them and then aim them just like you would aim any other weapon. Only these are dysfunctional human weapons, often introduced to mind-altering drugs, convinced that islam “understands them,” and will help them take their “revenge” for their delusions of perceived wrongs.
This has happened in at least four major incidents in the US and now this one in Rio. And these are just the ones we know about. We don’t know how many have NOT been brought to public or international attention.
Either law enforcement is too stupid to connect the dots, or they REFUSE to connect them.
Why?
I can’t explain why. It could be for a whole host of reasons.
Fear of backlash against muslims?

Yes. Putin is and was KGB. Yes, he is very wealthy, and pretty egocentric himself. But there is more to the man himself, and more to the entire Russian saga than most westerners will allow themelves to understand. Trying to compile an entire Russian history on this thread is beyond possible.
But Putin, for all his faults, is not the devil. Yes, he wants his country to succeed, grow wealthy, and be the power it once was. That is hardly a sin for a patriot of any country. It would be a sin if that was NOT uppermost in any leader’s mind.
Would that our own president was even half that much a patriot.
You mentioned Georgia. That whole thing was reported as though Russia invaded without any reason whatsoever. There was hardly mention of the FACT that Georgia, encouraged by us, STARTED that war.
The Russians RESPONDED. Read up on exactly what happened. Never, never take the lamestream press’s word for anythng. And sadly, you have to question what our own government says as well. In fact, only a fool does not question government. ANY government.

Hardraade mentioned Litvinenko. britain is far more guilty of the kinds of things it accuses Russia of. Just like the left in this country accuses US of what IT is guilty of.
Litvenenko was an ex Russian spy and TRAITOR who worked for one of the most corrupt and evil men on the planet...a billionaire thug who in turn backed the chechen rebels against Russia.
BOTH men were granted asylum by the brits, though they knew exactly what they were. Boris Berezovsky paid brit officials handsomely for his asylum and orchestrated the entire Litvenenko press spaz against Putin.
Berezovsky not only backed the chechens, he smuggled weapons to them. He had access to the polonium-210 and had smuggled very small quantities at a time to the chechens. Litvenenko was IN THE PROCESS of doing this when the capsule he VOLUNTARILY swallowed developed a breach.
At the same time, he was also a journalist for the separatist Chechenpress.
Two days before his death Litvinenko informed his father that he had converted to Islam. Litvinenko’s conversion to Islam and the related wish for Muslim funeral rites were recognized by his father.
His widow, Marina, as well as his close friend (and press spokesman during his illness), Alexander Goldfarb, preferred a non-denominational ceremony. Goldfarb stated, “Unfortunately some people appeared and against the explicit wishes of the widow performed Muslim rites over the funeral.
Gokdfarb:”We had a choice to turn it into an unseemly situation, but Marina asked us to respect the memory of Alexander and let these people do what they did. Let God be their judge.”
Ghayasuddin Siddiqui, head of the Muslim Parliament of Great Britain, contended that Litvineko actually converted to Islam 10 days before he was poisoned.
Akhmed Zakayev, Foreign Minister of Chechen government-in-exile who lived next door to Mr Litvinenko and considered him “like a brother,” said: “He was read to from the Qur’an the day before he died and had told his wife and family that he wanted to be buried in accordance with Muslim tradition.”
Litvinenko’s widow Marina Litvinenko believed that though the Russian authorities COULD have been behind the murder, she didn’t think president Putin himself was directly involved.
REPEAT: Litvineko actually converted to Islam 10 days before he was poisoned.

has been accurate on many points for decades.
I’ve watched him for decades.
He also wants the information shared widely without any copyright benefits necessarily returning to him—he makes certain there’s NO copyright on his materials.

I realize facts about Lindsey don’t seem to be of any interest to naysayers.
BTW, the stuff about folks being warned by high level personnel in the othuga admin to stock-up on food sufficient for 6 months has been showing up from a diversity of directions for a month or 3.

1. I’ve observed in events over 2-3 decades that Chaplain Lindsey Williams has been more than 90% accurate in his predictions.
2. My personal loved ones who still work on the North Slope/Alaskan Pipeline have personally confirmed the essentials of Chaplain Lindsey Williams’ assertions.
3. I’m not responsible for folks who are determined to stick their heads in the sand on such matters.
