Don’t answer my question with a question. You tell me. By the way being born in the uS doesn’t by itself make one a natural born Citizen for Presidential eligibility purposes

If Hitler sent Eva Braun to the US for a “vacation” and she had a baby here, would the baby be eligible to be President?

For one, a foreign official on a visit is very different from an American citizen giving birth on American soil.

I notice I touched a nerve when I asked you about an obvious fraud. I know birthers love to challenge, not to be challenged, but if you’re going to cite an obvious fraud and compare it to a document issued by a place that actually existed in 1961, you’re opening yourself to ridicule.
