The hypocrisy is breathtaking.

But I'll be the one to put my head on the block and say it is not unconstitutional at this juncture.

I don’t understand how you can say that. OF course it is...not head chopping here, just stating facts. He did not follow the war resolutions. There has to be an attack on the U.S., Statute passed by congress, or a War Declaration.....none of those apply. UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Am I missing something?

How about extra Constitutional? He goes beyond his authority granted him.

The President does not have any powers not granted him. There is diplomacy and then there is war leadership (not declaration). Where we are now is war that has been termed a preemptive action in the past; however, always with the caveat that there was a real or perceived clear and present danger to US interests and that the President had to act prior to engaging with Congress.

0marxo wages war and calls it a humanitarian effort. There is NO real or perceived clear and present danger to US interests that enables the marxist to bypass Congress.

The marxist is so far being allowed to set a dangerous precedent here that needs to be slapped -we did not anoint an emperor when he was elected -he does not possess the power to wage war as he sees fit. The marxist needs to be called on the carpet ASAP
