Sorry but this is where your labored argument goes to shit. This isn't 1988 and the crease between the Reagan and Bush administrations. The alternatives to an aging and weakened Quaddafi are much more menacing and malignant than the old fart himself. No ally of course, but he at least has shown the willingness to play ball when we punched him a few times. The venomous varmints who will replace him, I wouldn't bet on it..
