0browbeat sent a letter to Kapiolani Medical Center "declaring" it his birth hospital. That in itself should be permission enough from the only living person with legal standing to release his health records to do so. If they need a more direct statement from him to release their record of his birth why wouldn't they ask? Why would he not give it to them?

They need explicit permission from him to release anything; the letter would have to say something like, "I give you permission to release my birth record to anyone who asks." The hospital could not ask him for permission to release for a nonmedical reason. And who the heck knows why he wouldn't give it - hiding something, or enjoying the side show of those who question being made to look like conspiracy theorists.

It is because as long as people are talking about the damned COLB, they aren[t talking about the specific Defination of Natural Born Citizen. That means someone born under the SOLE jurisdiction of the United States. Obama fails that test, so he wants people looking for his birth documents, when in reality, it doesn’t matter where he was born. He could never be a Natural Born Citizen regardless of where he was born. Not with Obama Sr. A British citrizen as a father.
